We provide monitoring around the clock.  If an alarm is generated, NKW Network will immediately advise you.  You choose how you would like to resolve the problem, either by contracting with NKW Network or by utilizing an in-house or other source to repair the issue.  Unlimited Help Desk support, remote problem resolution and on-site repair can be provided but does not include parts or labor.
NKW Network  provides continuous monitoring plus remote problem remediation by our Support Group professionals. On-site repair can be provided but does not include parts or labor. You also have access to unlimited Help Desk support.
